Role Purpose:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Noatum Logistics. In this role, you will be responsible for building and developing a robust pipeline nationally of new business opportunities, driving the sales of our logistics solutions, and supporting our growth strategy through a consultative, value-driven sales approach.


Key responsibilities:


  • Support the growth strategy for Noatum Logistics.
  • Update and maintain CRM systems, ensuring pipeline information is accurate and up to date.
  • Lead new customer sales, onboarding, and seamless business integration.
  • Prospect new customers through lead generation, follow-up, and networking.
  • Identify and upsell Noatum services within the existing customer base.
  • Prepare and present analytical data, monthly/annual reports, and revenue forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
  • Represent the company at trade, professional, and networking events.
  • Leverage Noatum’s global network and capabilities to maximise customer wins.


Minimum requirements

Experience

  • Proven commercial and sales experience in Business Development within the logistics freight forwarding industry.
  • Demonstrable track record in pipeline development, networking, and professional communication.
  • Experience selling across all transport modes (Air, Ocean, Road & Rail).
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills at all organisational levels.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to gather insights and listen actively.
  • Resilience and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Customer-oriented approach with a strong ability to anticipate client needs.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and a drive for positive change.
