With a presence in 31 countries, Noatum handles more than 15,400 port calls every year, moves over 14.8 million tons of bulk and general cargo, and transports more than one million vehicles. It also handles more than 150,000 containers at terminals and depots, and its volume of transported containers amounts to more than 560,000 TEUs.

• Follow up with the sale lead from overseas and approach the suppliers/shippers for the booking
• Send booking to destination offices/controlling offices to check for the green light and shipping instructions
• Proceed with the booking with carriers upon receipt of the instructions
• Coordinate with local vendors and shippers for container stuffing and export declaration
• Monitor closely and trace cargo till onboard
• Provide timely update to overseas in case of any issues in local, which is at risk for shipment postponement
• Ensure full compliance on data requirements in CW1.
• Ensure full compliance on SOP requirements for the clients with special instructions
• Full compliance on staff exit handling process and internal operations requirements
• Train and guide documentation staff for daily work
• Provide timely email reply (0.5 working day for local and 1 working day for overseas queries)
• Ensure full implementation of new instructions or adjustments from the management team
• Provide good support to direct supervisor and above during daily operations management
