With a presence in 31 countries, Noatum handles more than 15,400 port calls every year, moves over 14.8 million tons of bulk and general cargo, and transports more than one million vehicles. - Follow up with the sale lead from overseas and approach the suppliers/shippers for the booking
- Send booking to destination offices/controlling offices to check for the green light and shipping instructions
- Proceed with the booking with carriers upon receipt of the instructions
- Coordinate with local vendors and shippers for container stuffing and export declaration
- Monitor closely and trace cargo till onboard
- Provide timely update to overseas in case of any issues in local, which is at risk for shipment postponement
- Ensure full compliance on data requirements in CW1.
- Ensure full compliance on SOP requirements for the clients with special instructions
- Full compliance on staff exit handling process and internal operations requirements
- Train and guide documentation staff for daily work
- Provide timely email reply (0.5 working day for local and 1 working day for overseas queries)
- Ensure full implementation of new instructions or adjustments from the management team
- Provide good support to direct supervisor and above during daily operations management
Minimum requirements
- Diploma or Degree in logistics, supply chain or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Good communication in English and Mandarin.
- Have passion for working in the forwarding industry.
