We are currently seeking to incorporate a Customs Analyst to join Noatum Logistics at our offices in Coslada (Madrid).
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with experience in the Customs Department of a freight forwarding company, who is motivated to grow in a dynamic and international sector such as logistics.
Main Responsibilities
• Preparation and processing of Customs documentation, including DUAs, DV1, Certificates of Origin, EUR.1, etc.
• Proper classification of goods.
• Review and analysis of documents provided for the preparation of the Customs declaration to prevent tax penalties.
• Management and processing of Customs clearances in the various Customs facilities, from submission to obtaining release. Handling requirements, submissions, appeals, and amendments.
• Processing requests for duty remission and reimbursement, among others.
• Participation in physical inspections.
• Management and processing of para customs services (Health Authorities, SOIVRE, Pharmacy, Phytosanitary, etc.).

Minimum requirements
• Education related to International Trade, Logistics, Transport, Customs, or similar.
• Minimum of 1 years’ previous experience as a Customs Technician (both import and export).
• Intermediate English and Spanish.
• Strong computer skills.
• Proactive, with initiative, and capable of multitasking and working under pressure.
Competencies
