The Disbursement Executive is responsible to supervise daily activities within the DA Centre, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of disbursement accounts (DAs) in accordance with organizational standards, quality expectations, and governance requirements.
The role supports the DA Centre Manager by coordinating workflows, overseeing the work of assigned team members, ensuring adherence to SOPs, and resolving operational issues. This position plays a central role in maintaining service quality, ensuring documentation accuracy, and facilitating strong cooperation with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Minimum requirements
- Degree or vocational qualification in Finance, Maritime Services, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge of maritime finance and DA processes is advantageous.
- Familiar with SOP‑driven and audit‑ready environments.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Additional languages advantageous.
Years of Experience:
- 3–5 years’ experience in DA processing, maritime finance, logistics finance, or operational financial roles.
- Experience in a senior‑operator or supervisory capacity preferred.
- Oversee DA processing workflows or similar financial‑processing environments.
- Manage documentation, financial verification, and operational quality checks.
- Resolve operational or financial discrepancies.
- Understand audit requirements and governance processes.
