About the Role:
We are looking for an External Communications Manager to help shape how Noatum Logistics tells its story to the world.
This is a hands-on, international role for someone who can spot a strong story, understand what will resonate with external audiences and turn business developments into compelling communications.
Working within our global Communications & Marketing strategy, you will drive external communications and international media relations, strengthen our reputation and thought leadership, and act as a key communications link between Noatum Logistics and AD Ports Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Media Relations & PR: Manage international media relations and build relationships with key business, trade and logistics media.
- Content & Storytelling: Turn business developments, customer successes, products and market trends into compelling external stories.
- Press & Executive Communications: Draft press releases, statements, media briefings and executive communications.
- Thought Leadership: Identify interview, speaking and thought-leadership opportunities for senior leaders.
- Editorial Planning: Manage the external communications pipeline, identifying, prioritising and coordinating stories across markets and functions.
- Global Coordination: Work closely with regional teams, Product, Marketing and Internal Communications to ensure consistent messaging.
- Group Alignment: Coordinate communications with AD Ports Group, ensuring alignment with Group messaging, approvals and governance.
- External Partners: Manage PR agencies and other communications partners when required.
- AI & Innovation: Leverage AI tools to enhance communications workflows, content creation and efficiency.
What We Are Looking For:
- 6 years of experience in External Communications, Corporate Communications, PR, journalism or media relations.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with proven hands-on media experience.
- Excellent command of English; Arabic would be an advantage.
- Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation or an international B2B environment would be highly valued.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage an editorial pipeline involving multiple stakeholders.
- A proactive, curious and commercially minded approach. You naturally spot stories and have the drive to move them forward.
- Comfortable working independently, taking ownership and operating at pace within an international matrix organisation.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools within communications workflows is essential
