About the Role:

We are looking for a Finance Process & Systems Manager to join our Controllership function at Noatum Logistics.

In this role, you will strengthen financial data flows, system integrations, and reporting across operational and financial platforms, with a strong focus on Oracle ERP implementation and optimization.

You will act as a key link between Finance and IT, ensuring that finance processes, system integrations, and data structures fully support accurate financial reporting and consolidation in a complex, international environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document end-to-end finance processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report)
  • Ensure financial reporting requirements are embedded in finance processes and system integrations
  • Identify and implement improvements in financial data quality and reporting consistency
  • Develop and support standardized finance process practices across regions
  • Support integrations and data flows between operational systems (including CargoWise) and Oracle ERP
  • Ensure accurate transfer of operational transactions into financial reporting platforms
  • Monitor and support reconciliations and consistency checks between systems
  • Collaborate closely with IT on data quality, mappings, and system reconciliations
  • Define finance requirements for system integrations and data structure design
  • Ensure integrations align with reporting, consolidation, and financial control needs
  • Support Oracle ERP implementation, stabilization, and related workshops
  • Contribute to finance system improvement initiatives and system design discussions
  • Perform financial data analysis to identify inconsistencies and improvement opportunities
  • Support monitoring processes and internal controls over financial data flows

Minimum requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in finance roles (controlling, financial reporting, audit, or finance systems)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in financial data management
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Navision, or similar)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in multinational environments
  • Fluent English

Nice to have:

  • Experience with CargoWise or logistics industry systems
