Job Responsibility:
- Develop business objectives, strategies and plans for the respective Business Unit to grow profitably and meet the overall expectations of Country / Regional / Corporate Management as well as develop the department in alignment with the company’s global short-term and long-term business visions and goals respectively
- Achieve the P/L & volume for Airfreight Product, Greater China
- Target at enlarging Hong Kong & SHA BSA with combination on coloading and develop Airfreight Product in respective location
- Act as partnership to coordinate with other countries and functions to support RFQ, QBR, project, growth of revenue initiative and customer retention
- Uplift corporate culture and values through development of Internal Communications to drive organizational excellence
- Provide guidance and delegation to local operations manager in Air department to ensure the operations quality and team development
- Structure, build and enhance relationships with customers to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability
- Ensure all activities follow compliance and all local regulatory
- Vendor and cost management together with the procurement department
- Ensure and monitor that all monthly KPI and productivity are met
- Plan and monitor team performance including give coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected outcomes
- Support the senior management where necessary

Minimum requirements
- Experience in both airfreight export and import, preferably in an international freight forwarder
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Organization skill and paying attention to details
- Experience in people management
- Able to work under pressure with responsibilities independently
