As an HR People & Data Analytics, you will play a key role in ensuring the functionality and evolution of our HR systems. You will work with our current platform (Cegid) and contribute to strategic projects that will shape the future of our HR operations. The position can be based in our Barcelona office (Torre Auditori) or in Madrid (Coslada).
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the proper functioning and usability of our HRIS.
- Act as first-level support for HRIS-related incidents and requests.
- Drive continuous improvement and prepare for future technological evolutions.
- Document processes and create user guides.
- Collaborate on integrations with global tools (LMS, recruitment portals, etc.).
- Work closely with local and global teams to ensure process and system alignment.

Minimum requirements
- A university degree that is aligned with the requirements of the position.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a same role.
- Knowledge of HR data management and processes.
- High level of English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proactivity and ability to work in global environments.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
