As a specialized automotive logistics operator, Noatum Autologistics manages end‑to‑end vehicle logistics operations, including:


  • Vehicle transportation (road, rail and RoRo)
  • Inland compounds and vehicle storage
  • Technical vehicle services (PDI, workshops, technical centers)
  • Integrated logistics solutions across the automotive supply chain

With operations across multiple European countries and ongoing international expansion, Noatum Autologistics continues to strengthen its position as a key automotive logistics provider within the AD Ports Group ecosystem.

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Intern to support our RoRo logistics operations. The intern will assist with daily customer inquiries, documentation handling, shipment follow‑up, and coordination between internal teams and external partners. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in the logistics and maritime transport sector

Key Responsibilities


  • Support the Customer Service team in managing RoRo shipments.
  • Assist with booking processes, documentation, and data entry.
  • Follow up with customers and provide status updates.
  • Coordinate with operations, terminals, and carriers when needed.
  • Help resolve incidents or delays by providing accurate information.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Currently studying Business, Logistics, or related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good English skills, other languages are a plus.
