We are currently looking to hire a regional Business Analyst for our autologistics Services division based in Barcelona or Zaragoza. As a Business Analyst for Noatum Autologistics, part of AD Ports Group's Maritime & Shipping Cluster, serves as a critical interface between the business, Fero (the Transport Management System), and external manufacturing partners. This role is responsible for managing IT application relationships, ensuring the Autologistics business leverages Fero effectively, and driving the evolution of the system to meet dynamic business needs. The analyst will translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications, coordinate integrations with manufacturers, and oversee the lifecycle of these integrations from conception to production.


Key responsabilities:

Business & IT Relationship Management

• Serve as the main point of contact between Noatum Autologistics and Fero for all application-related matters.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements and relay them to Fero.

• Act as demand manager, prioritizing and tracking evolution needs for the TMS.

System Integration & Coordination

• Analyze current and new integration needs with manufacturers and clients.

• Map and document system integration interfaces, ensuring alignment between Fero, the Integrations team, and manufacturers IT departments.

• Coordinate the end-to-end creation, testing, and deployment of integration solutions.

Support & Incident Management

• Monitor system performance and integration health post-deployment.

• Manage incidents and problems, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with Fero and internal teams.

• Follow up on maintenance and support services provided by Fero, ensuring SLAs are met.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting (

• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and management on project and integration status.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings with business, IT, and external partners.

• Prepare documentation and reports for ongoing and completed initiatives.

Minimum requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar.
  • Experience: 5 years of professional experience.
  • English (Mandatory – C1 level) and Spanish (Mandatory – C1 level) and Arabic (Good to have)

Technical SkillsGeneral and analytical accounting.
