We are currently looking to strengthen our IT team by hiring an IT Specialist (WMS & Customs) to join a key team acting as the link between technology and logistics operations, working on high‑impact projects. The position is based at Noatum Logistics’ offices in Barcelona (Torre Auditori).

Main Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain system integrations (WMS, customers, external platforms).
- Analyse business requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Participate in customer onboarding projects and logistics integrations.
- Manage technical incidents and optimise existing processes.
- Collaborate with operational teams and stakeholders to ensure correct system performance.
- Perform testing, validations and technical documentation.
- Generate reports and data analysis to support decision‑making.

Minimum requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Basic experience in programming or scripting (Python, Java, C#, SQL, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of APIs, databases and system integrations.
- Basic understanding of logistics, warehousing or operational services.
- Experience with WMS or integrations in logistics environments.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, EDI, middleware or file‑based integrations.
- Experience in SQL reporting and data analysis.
- Experience in multi‑client environments (contract logistics).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies or IT Service Management.
- English level B2 – international environment.
