We are currently looking to strengthen our IT team by hiring an IT Specialist (WMS & Customs) to join a key team acting as the link between technology and logistics operations, working on high‑impact projects. The position is based at Noatum Logistics’ offices in Barcelona (Torre Auditori).

Main Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop and maintain system integrations (WMS, customers, external platforms).
  • Analyse business requirements and propose technical solutions.
  • Participate in customer onboarding projects and logistics integrations.
  • Manage technical incidents and optimise existing processes.
  • Collaborate with operational teams and stakeholders to ensure correct system performance.
  • Perform testing, validations and technical documentation.
  • Generate reports and data analysis to support decision‑making.

Minimum requirements

Minimum Requirements:


  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Basic experience in programming or scripting (Python, Java, C#, SQL, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of APIs, databases and system integrations.
  • Basic understanding of logistics, warehousing or operational services.
  • Experience with WMS or integrations in logistics environments.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, EDI, middleware or file‑based integrations.
  • Experience in SQL reporting and data analysis.
  • Experience in multi‑client environments (contract logistics).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies or IT Service Management.
  • English level B2 – international environment.
