Job Descriptions:

  • Manage the account management and business development activities, overview the operations and customer services as per customers’ KPI & SOP.
  • Manage and perform account management job role for Noatum eSolutions to achieve KPIs required from the customers with performance reviews.
  • Design solutions and work closely with customer service, operations, and warehouse colleagues in daily basis.
  • Build and develop ecommerce Key Account customers through relationship management and to satisfy their expectations by utilizing company's ecommerce, key accounts products.
  • Set and follow SOP, traffic flow, communicate with customers and overseas counterpart.
  • Initiate and drive continuous process improvements for better productivity and operational excellences, to ensure the achievement of customer’s expectation.
  • Review and implement business development plan on eSol/ Key Account business to align with company's direction.
  • Work closely with Head of eSolutions & Strategic Account, Asia to develop the supply chain solutions globally for e-commerce and Strategic Account products.
  • Lead and negotiate with ecommerce partners (warehouse, courier, e-platform etc.)
  • Prepare and present product proposals to future and current ecommerce clients and partners.
  • Lead and participate in ad hoc projects when required.
  • Understand customer needs and offer proactive solutions from their perspective.
  • Ensure compliance with all customer contractual obligations on the part of the company.
  • Ad-hoc pricing & quotation.

Minimum requirements

Job Requirements:

  • University Degree holder or equivalent qualification.
  • +5 years’ relevant experience in account management field with proven track reference in managing global / key accounts and lead a team.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with ecommerce, Freight Forwarding and Supply Chain Management, Contract logistics would be a bonus.
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving skills, task-oriented with good knowledge in presentation and negotiation techniques.
  • High level of ownership , ability to work independently
  • Strong organization, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Putonghua & Cantonese.
  • Excellent computer literacy of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
