Your mission will be key to contributing to the success of Noatum as you will ensure compliance and excellence in the Labor Relations area while working in an international environment (English is essential).
Main responsibilities:
- Coordination and legal labor advice for clusters in Spain with multiple collective agreements (Logistics, Maritime, Ports, and Automotive).
- Management and collaboration with external law firms and support for internal clients.
- Advice and assurance of labor regulatory compliance for the entire organization.
- Strategic support in projects related to transfers, new services, risk analysis, etc.
- Coordination, drafting, and monitoring of Equality Plans and the preparation, review, and maintenance of legal protocols.
- Strategic direction in labor and union conflict matters.
- Standardization of disciplinary processes.
- Control and analysis of terminations, relations with workers’ representatives, collective agreements, and labor negotiations.
- Management of projects related to payroll and labor responsibilities.

Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law with a specialization in Labor Law.
- Minimum of10 years of experience in a similar role, with proven experience (both in law firms and in-house).
- In-depth knowledge of current labor regulations, including the Workers’ Statute, the Law on Infractions and Penalties in the Social Order, and related case law.
- Experience in drafting and managing dismissal procedures, both disciplinary and for objective reasons.
- Negotiation skills in conciliation processes and labor agreements.
- Ability to effectively manage and coordinate internal labor conflicts, with strong mediation skills between the company and employees.
- Ability to work under pressure, stay organized in conflict situations, and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Minimum English level: B2 (a proficiency test will be conducted).
