As an Learning & Talent Development Specialist ,you will play a key role in supporting and executing learning, talent management, talent development, You will ensure alignment between the cluster and business needs, as well as compliance with local regulations. These positions are based at our Barcelona office (Torre Auditori).
Key Responsabilities:
- Learning & Development: Drive regional learning initiatives through needs analysis and a consolidated plan aligned with cluster priorities. Support rollout of Group courses and learning journeys, ensuring regional compliance. Manage LMS programs, reporting, and related requests. Coordinate standard training and design tailored internal courses, including content creation, testing, launch, and reporting. Source and manage external learning solutions from research to evaluation. Deliver onboarding sessions and support FUNDAE documentation. Coordinate Flex training programs and prepare evidence for internal and external audits.
- Talent Management & Development: Support HR and business leaders in identifying critical roles and building succession plans. Assist with annual performance reviews, guiding managers, analyzing results, and linking outcomes to development and career paths. Contribute to talent development programs for high-potential employees and monitor the health of the talent pipeline for key positions.
- Employee Engagement & Satisfaction: Drive engagement and retention by partnering with managers on targeted initiatives aligned with cluster priorities. Monitor engagement metrics and recommend continuous improvement strategies.
- Performance & Development Processes: Identify individual learning needs and support personalized development plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and competency frameworks.
- Data & Reporting: Consolidate and analyze L&D and talent management data to support decision-making, while tracking budgets and preparing cost reports.

Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in L&D, preferably in multinational environments.
- Professional certification in talent management or HR (e.g., CIPD) is a plus.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems is desirable.
- Knowledge of Spanish training regulations (FUNDAE, Flex).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Analytical skills with experience in reporting and evaluation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
