We are currently looking for a stable incorporation of a Maintenance Manager for our Noatum Automotive area (Autoterminals). The vacancy is for Barcelona.

  • Main Functions:
    • Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Management: Develop, implement, and oversee maintenance plans to ensure optimal operation of facilities and equipment.
    • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical and technical issues in vehicles and systems.
    • Quality Control: Inspect and evaluate vehicles, including electric, hybrid, and internal combustion systems, to maintain high standards.
    • Strategic Planning: Align maintenance strategies with organizational goals to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Emergency Management: Be available to handle critical incidents and support uninterrupted operations..
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to applicable standards and regulations.

Minimum requirements

Education and Experience:
• Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or Higher Vocational Training in Electromechanics.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive sector.
• Advanced knowledge of vehicle systems and components, including EVs, PHEVs, HEVs, and internal combustion vehicles.
• Experience in diagnosing technical and mechanical issues in the automotive sector.
• Proficiency in consulting and interpreting automotive technical information and in vehicle quality monitoring.

Languages:
• English level B2+/C1 (required).
• Spanish level C1 or native.

Other Requirements:
• Own vehicle with a Class B driver’s license.
• Availability to work 100% on-site at AutoTerminalBCN.
