Job Purpose:
Marketing and Communications focal point for Noatum Ports Spain Terminals, responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing, brand, communication, digital content, and stakeholder engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities, global brand standards, and AD Ports Group’s governance and strategic framework. Acts as a key coordination bridge between Spain terminals, HQ, commercial teams, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers, ensuring brand consistency, effective communication delivery, and strong regional visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, plan, and execute regional marketing and communications activities aligned with business, commercial, and strategic objectives.
- Act as the main liaison between Spain terminals, HQ Marketing & Communications, commercial teams, and AD Ports Group stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
- Support the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and stakeholder engagement activities to strengthen brand visibility and commercial positioning.
- Develop, review, and manage high-quality content across multiple channels, including social media, websites, presentations, newsletters, and corporate communication materials.
- Prepare and coordinate the creation of marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, factsheets, videos, event materials), ensuring consistency and professional standards.
- Ensure all communications, materials, and activities strictly follow brand guidelines, corporate standards, governance requirements, and approval processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (terminals, commercial, operations, corporate functions) to gather business updates, success stories, and relevant content.
- Manage and coordinate external suppliers and agencies (creative, events, production) to deliver marketing outputs on time and to quality standards.
- Plan and support the execution of events, exhibitions, sponsorships, and customer engagement initiatives within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Support PR and corporate communications activities by coordinating inputs and escalating opportunities to central teams when needed.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, digital metrics, and engagement results, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to enhance regional brand visibility, digital presence, stakeholder engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness.

Minimum requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in B2B environments such as ports, logistics, maritime, or industrial sectors.
- Solid experience in content development, digital marketing, and campaign execution across multiple channels.
- Proven ability to support events, manage suppliers, and coordinate stakeholders effectively.
- Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content.
- Good understanding of brand guidelines, corporate communications, and approval processes.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe) and digital platforms is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Spanish highly preferred.
