The Marketing Coordinator will focus on coordinating and managing various marketing initiatives within the company, while acting as the primary liaison between AD Ports Group’s Maritime & Shipping cluster Marketing Department and the Commercial Team of Noatum Maritime Services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement marketing activities aligned with the company’s strategic and commercial objectives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between AD Ports Group’s Maritime & Shipping Cluster Marketing Department and the Commercial Team, ensuring alignment, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Develop and create engaging content for social media and digital channels, ensuring high-quality writing and adherence to the company’s tone of voice and brand guidelines.
  • Develop marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, videos, and other promotional materials to support commercial activities.
  • Plan, organise, and execute company events, ensuring all logistics, communications, and execution are managed effectively and within budget.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support the execution of marketing initiatives that contribute to broader commercial growth and brand positioning objectives.
  • Ensure marketing messaging, branding, and campaigns are consistent with AD Ports Group and Noatum Maritime Services’ strategic direction.
  • Provide input into marketing planning by identifying opportunities to enhance visibility, engagement, and commercial impact.
  • Use campaign performance data and market insights to inform recommendations and optimise future marketing activity.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, and wider business teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Coordinate with external marketing suppliers and agencies, including briefing, contract negotiation (where applicable), and oversight of deliverables.

Minimum requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a related role. Candidates with fewer years of experience but strong capability, potential and demonstrable impact will also be considered.
  • Fluent in English spoken and written and Spanish and additional languages are desirable.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in a hands-on marketing or communications role, supporting the delivery of marketing initiatives across multiple channels (e.g. digital…)
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in developing marketing materials, including presentations and brochures.
  • Experience in managing marketing suppliers and ensuring the quality of their deliverables.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Event planning and management experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity in marketing tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, social media platforms).
