The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing marketing initiatives that support the commercial and strategic objectives of Noatum Automotive.

This role will act as the key liaison between AD Ports Group Marketing functions and the Noatum Automotive Commercial and Business Development teams, ensuring alignment with Group marketing guidelines while addressing the specific needs of the automotive logistics sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement marketing activities aligned with the company’s strategic and commercial objectives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between AD Ports Group’s & Marketing Department and the Commercial Team, ensuring alignment, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Plan, organise, and execute company events, ensuring all logistics, communications, and execution are managed effectively and within budget.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support the execution of marketing initiatives that contribute to broader commercial growth and brand positioning objectives.
  • Ensure marketing messaging, branding, and campaigns are consistent with AD Ports Group and Noatum Automotive Services’ strategic direction.
  • Provide input into marketing planning by identifying opportunities to enhance visibility, engagement, and commercial impact.
  • Use campaign performance data and market insights to inform recommendations and optimise future marketing activity.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, and wider business teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Coordinate with external marketing suppliers and agencies, including briefing, contract negotiation (where applicable), and oversight of deliverables.

Minimum requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 -5 years of revelant experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within a B2B, logistics, automotive, or industrial environment.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to develop clear, professional, and sector‑specific content for diverse stakeholders.
  • Demostrated experience in developing commercial and marketing materials such as presentations, sales decks, brochures, case studies, and proposals.
  • Experience in coordinating external suppliers (design, communications, events, agencies) and ensuring quality, timing, and brand consistency of deliverables.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting commercial or business development teams with marketing and communication tools is highly desirable.
  • Event coordination and support (trade fairs, automotive events, customer events) is considered an asset.
  • Working knowledge of marketing tools and software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM tools, digital and social media platforms).
