The Operational Staff provides essential administrative support to the port agency operations, ensures the smooth flow of information and documentation related to maritime services.

Job Description


  • Document Management: Manage and organize all incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring accuracy, proper archiving, and timely distribution to relevant departments.
  • Shipping Documentation: Process and maintain all shipping-related documents for import and export shipments, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Data Entry & Records: Maintain and update databases, customer records, and sales or operational data. Handle SITIMAT operational system.
  • Communication: Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing professional responses or forwarding them to the appropriate team.
  • Coordination: Liaise with clients, customs, logistics, and other relevant internal and external departments to facilitate efficient port operations.
  • Office Administration: Perform general administrative duties, such as managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and supporting daily operational tasks.
  • Billing & Invoicing: Assist in the control of invoice-related activities and ensure accurate billing to clients.
  • Reporting: Generate reports and provide administrative support to management as needed.

Minimum requirements


  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
