The Operations Supervisor, Air is responsible to manage the daily operations for air freight forwarding, including oversee imports, exports, and transshipments.


  • Manage the day-to-day air freight operations to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
  • Handle airline bookings and procedures.
  • Coordinate with concerned parties for shipment arrangement.
  • Oversee the entire export and import process, from booking and documentation to customs clearance and delivery arrangements.
  • Ensure accurate preparation of documents like Air Waybills (AWBs), commercial invoices, and packing lists.
  • Complete files for account closing.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding (air).
  • Proficient in English language.
  • Able to handle air freight operations and full set of documents.
  • Independent, well-organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Already located in kanto region, with appropriate visa
