Role Purpose:

We are looking for a Payroll & HR Operations Specialist to join our central team at Noatum Logistics. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an improved end‑to‑end employee lifecycle experience. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance and integrity of payroll inputs, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and managing core HR processes with professionalism and discretion.

Key responsibilities:

  • Capture and verify all payroll inputs including enrolments, leavers, work patterns, and pay adjustments, ensuring alignment with policy and statutory regulations
  • Support the hiring process, generate offers, and manage rigorous pre-employment checks
  • Provide accurate and professional guidance to managers and employees on procedures, leave, benefits, and employee changes
  • Identify and map workflows whilst documenting procedures to support continuous improvement within the people department
  • Produce reports and management information, ensuring data integrity and security whilst adhering to company policies

Minimum requirements

Languages

  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.

Experience

  • 2 years experience working within a Human Resources function
  • Minimum 2 years working within a payroll department
  • Prior experience supporting stakeholders regarding HR queries
  • Ability to manage deadlines and conflicting priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and discretion
  • Knowledge or experience working with Oracle fusion/ IHCM2/ ADP is advantageous
