As a specialized automotive logistics operator, Noatum Autologistics manages end‑to‑end vehicle logistics operations, including:

  • Vehicle transportation (road, rail and RoRo)
  • Inland compounds and vehicle storage
  • Technical vehicle services (PDI, workshops, technical centers, automotive terminals)
  • Integrated logistics solutions across the automotive supply chain

The Role
We are looking for a QHSE Manager to lead and coordinate all Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (QHSSE) matters across the Automotive division, covering both AutoLogistics and AutoTerminals.This role is critical to ensure regulatory compliance, the effective implementation of management systems, and readiness for key internal and external audits (ISO and customer audits), within a demanding and growing operational environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of integrated management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
  • Coordinate and ensure readiness for internal and external audits (certifications and customer audits)
  • Define and deploy the QHSE strategy across Automotive (AutoLogistics & AutoTerminals)
  • Ensure compliance with current health & safety and environmental regulations

Manage processes related to:

    • Risk assessments
    • Incident and accident investigation
    • Emergency response plans
    • Waste management

  • Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset
  • Design and deliver training programs in QHSE topics
  • Act as key point of contact for customers regarding QHSE matters (e.g., OEM audits such as Scania)
  • Lead cross-functional QHSE improvement projects
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and report to senior management

Minimum requirements

Education

  • Risk Prevention Engineering
  • Environmental Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • or a related field

Experience

  • Higher education/training in Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP/PRL)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions within industrial or automotive environments
  • Proven experience in:
  • Implementation, monitoring, and auditing of QHSE systems
  • Managing ISO and customer audits

Practical knowledge of:

  • Waste management
  • Emergency plans
  • Incident control
  • Continuous improvement processes

Languages

Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of integrated management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
  • Training in labor and environmental legislation
  • Experience in automotive, logistics, or port terminal environments
