About the Role:
The Regional Director, Customer Program Management is responsible for leading the execution of the International Supply Chain (ISC) customer program management function across the region. The role ensures consistent deployment of global ISC program management standards, governance frameworks, customer lifecycle processes, and service excellence methodologies while adapting them to regional market conditions, customer requirements, and operational realities.
The incumbent is accountable for customer retention, service excellence, value realization, portfolio profitability, and achievement of the regional ISC revenue and gross profit objectives. Through leadership of the regional Program Management organization, the role ensures customers achieve their desired business outcomes while strengthening customer partnerships, increasing barriers to exit, and driving sustainable growth of the ISC business.
The position serves as the senior regional escalation point for strategic customer matters and partners closely with Commercial, Operations, Product Management, Ocean Freight, Shared Services, and Global ISC leadership to ensure customer commitments are delivered, business opportunities are maximized, and regional financial objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the regional ISC Program Management organization.
- Ensure consistent adoption of global ISC program management standards, governance frameworks, and best practices throughout the region.
- Adapt global standards to local market requirements, customer expectations, and operational realities while maintaining alignment with global objectives.
- Provide leadership, coaching, development, and performance management for Program Managers and Senior Program Managers.
- Establish resource planning, succession planning, and capability development programs for the Program Management organization.
- Promote a culture of customer centricity, accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain executive-level relationships with strategic ISC customers.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for significant customer issues and service failures.
- Participate as required in Executive Business Reviews and strategic customer governance meetings.
- Ensure customer commitments, service expectations, and contractual obligations are consistently achieved.
- Oversee customer retention strategies and customer health reviews across the regional portfolio.
- Support strategic customer renewals, expansions, and long-term partnership development.
- Ensure the Program Management organization effectively acts as the voice of the customer within Noatum.
What We Are Looking For:
- 10-15+ years of experience within international logistics, supply chain management, customer program management, strategic account management, control tower operations, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing customer-facing teams within a multinational organization.
- Experience managing large strategic customer relationships across multiple geographies.
- Strong understanding of International Supply Chain, freight forwarding, transportation management, and order management environments.
- Proven success driving customer retention, growth, and profitability.
- Experience operating within complex matrix organizations.
- Strong track record of leading cross-functional operational and customer-focused initiatives.
- Experience driving continuous improvement and service excellence programs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- MBA or Master's Degree preferred.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, APICS/ASCM, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international logistics, freight forwarding, order management, transportation management, and supply chain operations.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with understanding of revenue, gross profit, and customer profitability drivers.
