Your mission will be key to contributing to Noatum’s success, as you will ensure the correct application of labour legislation regarding Social Security, Tax, and Payroll, supporting employees throughout their entire lifecycle within the Company. You will be based at our Barcelona offices (Torre Auditori).
Key responsibilities:
• Handling incidents related to sick leave and corresponding communications.
• Preparing the full payroll cycle.
• Managing benefits in kind and flexible compensation.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.
• Preparing Social Security contributions and submissions.
• Managing payroll accounting.
• Coordinating the application of the Disciplinary Regime and drafting related documentation.
• Coordinate and manage payroll for Portugal.
• Developing internal procedures for the Department.
• Collaborating in the development of the Department’s ERP system.
• Providing internal advice on payroll and labour relations matters.
• Preparing payroll cost reports.
• Performing, collaborating, and coordinating internal and external audits.

Minimum requirements
• Degree in Labour Relations, Employment Sciences, Law, or similar, with solid knowledge of labour legislation.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish; a good level of English will be valued.
• At least 5 years of experience managing the full payroll cycle on a large scale (minimum 1,000 monthly payrolls).
• At least 5 years of experience with Sistema RED, SILTRA, DELTA, Certific\@2, Contrat@, and CRETA management.
• At least 5 years of experience preparing models 111/216 and 190/296.
• Preferably experience with META4 PEOPLENET (CEGID).
• At least 5 years of experience applying the disciplinary regime and drafting related documentation.
• At least 5 years of experience developing procedures and improvement processes.
• Experience in regional tax regulations.
• Experience in international payroll management.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to interact assertively with individuals at different hierarchical levels within the organization.
• Experience in consultancy or multinational companies with multiple legal entities, workplaces, and different collective agreements.
