About the Role:
As the Trucking Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind our road transportation network. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our expanding fleet, manage a dedicated team of drivers, and ensure our customers receive seamless, reliable service. Key Responsibilities:
- Truck & Fleet Management: Oversee the daily operations, routing, and maintenance schedules of the trucking fleet to ensure maximum efficiency, safety, and compliance with national regulations.
- Driver Management: Lead, recruit, train, and manage a team of drivers. Foster a strong culture of safety, accountability, and high performance on the road.
- Customer Management: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for our clients. Ensure on-time deliveries, proactively resolve operational bottlenecks, and maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Business Development (Preferred): Actively identify new commercial opportunities, pitch our inland transport solutions, and help sell our trucking business to prospective clients.

Minimum requirements
Requirements:
- Candidates must hold valid work authorization for Angola or Angolan citizenship.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven hands-on experience in operational truck management (fleet, driver, and customer management).
- Core Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep operational understanding of the Angolan road network and logistics landscape.
- Commercial Acumen: Previous experience or a demonstrated ability to sell trucking and logistics services is highly preferred, though not compulsory.
