In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, dated April 27, 2016 (hereinafter GDPR), and the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter LOPDGDD), and any other applicable data protection regulations, regarding the data processed in the selection process, we provide you with the following information:

Noatum Holding SLU will process your personal data to:

Manage your application for job openings within the Noatum group, based on pre-contractual measures related to the potential employment contract of which you would be an interested party.

Assess your profile for future selection processes within Noatum group companies that have vacancies, based on the legitimate interest of the company.

We will retain your data for 2 years from the date you submitted your CV, after which it will be kept blocked for the period of prescription of legal actions, unless you authorize us to retain it for a longer period.

In cases where we request reference letters, you must have the permission of the person signing the letter to share their data with us.

We will not disclose your data to third parties, except when legally or judicially required, but we may share it, with prior authorization, with companies within the Noatum group to assess your profile for other vacancies. Additionally, due to the engagement of service providers, these companies may have access to your data under Noatum's instructions.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability, as well as withdraw your consent without this affecting any prior processing. To exercise your rights, you must write to our Data Protection Officer at the email address dpo@noatum.com. In the event of any dispute with the company regarding the processing of your data, you may file a complaint with the Data Protection Supervisory Authority in your country.
